The Sand Trap dental sandblasting device is a patented clear plastic tool designed to confine and suction away aluminum oxide particulates during intra-oral or chair side sandblasting. As shown, a standard high volume suction tip is placed near, but not totally covering, the side hole, while the tip of the sandblaster fits into the smallest hole snugly. The result is less debris in patient’s mouth.
